Milton Building Services is a family run business with over three decades of experience as commercial building contractors, property maintenance and refurbishment company. From our 24-hour call centre situated in the Bristol head office we co-ordinate up to 120 tradespeople and surveyors at various sites across the UK.
Milton Building Services operates for quoted works throughout the UK such as commercial building contractors, refurbishment, shopfitting or specialist projects (eg: stone restoration, security systems, etc). Our emergency and contract works area of coverage is subject to agreement and the requirements of individual clients but generally our operational areas include Greater London, the South West and Wales.
We strongly believe in building a personal rapport with our customers to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations and we guarantee clients direct access to senior managerial staff at all times.

Our large and varied workforce has the flexibility and experience to undertake projects ranging from minor repairs and maintenance to major refurbishments, specialist projects and construction works.
We have teams of fully trained RICS qualified Surveyors to carry out site surveys and inspections and ensure fair pricing and accurate specification. Milton Building Services employs a 24-hour rota for Emergency work and also for clients who require services out-of-normal-working-hours so as not to interfere with their business day.
